FAQ
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, and then again when your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add alilaswimwear@gmail.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
My order status says "in progress" - what does that mean?
It means we have successfully received your order, and once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Your order status will then change to "shipped."
I just placed an order, can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and then email us at alilaswimwear@gmail.com. We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if your order has not been shipped.
I need to change my order. How can I do it?
Unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
I need to add a discount/gift card to my order. How can I do it?
Discount codes/gift cards must be input at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.
My order came damaged/I received the wrong item. What is the next step?
Items go through review before being shipped out to you to ensure there are no damages. But please keep in mind, we are humans too! If you for any reason do receive a damaged item, please email alilaswimwear@gmail.com and you will either be sent a replacement, or a store credit will be issued. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DAMAGES.
How long does it take to process my store credit?
Please allow 1-5 business days to process your store credit. We will add your store credit to your account.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale or discounted items are final sale. We do not accept returns of sale items.
How can I exchange an item?
At this time we do not allow exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and use the store credit to purchase something else.
I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Store credits are issued in your account. Store credits never expire. Once you are ready to shop and use your store credit, enter the store credit amount at checkout. If you need further assistance please email us at alilaswimwear@gmail.com
Lost/stolen packages:
We send all packages insured, on us. If for any reason your package is lost, please contact us at alilaswimwear@gmail.com and we will respond with instructions within 48 hours. *PLEASE NOTE: ALILA LLC and any shipping company we use are two separate entities. ALILA LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, and delayed shipments.
Disputes:
If for any reason you dispute a legitimate charge from our company, you forfeit your right to a store credit/refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
