At ALILA, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.


Eligibility Window

Returns for store credit: Accepted within 14 days of delivery
Returns for refund: Accepted within 14 days of delivery, with a 4% restocking fee
Final sale items: Not eligible for returns (this includes sale items, discounted items, accessories, swim bottoms without liners, and any item marked “Final Sale”)


Restocking Fee (Refunds Only)

Refunds to your original payment method incur a 4% restocking fee.
Store credit is issued for the full amount and has no restocking fee.


Return Conditions

Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and damage
• Returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact

Returns that don’t meet the above conditions may be declined.


Swimwear

Swim bottoms must have the protective hygiene liner fully intact.
Items showing signs of wear may be denied.


How to Start a Return

Begin your request here through our ALILA Returns Portal.
You may choose a refund (4% fee) or store credit (no fee).
Return shipping labels are generated through the portal.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Timing

Refunds to your original payment method are processed once your return is received and approved.
Store credit is issued immediately after approval to your account and never expires.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can help right away at Alilaswimwear@gmail.com
