RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 14 days of delivery for regular priced items. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. All sale/discounted items are final sale. 

Non-returnable items include: sale/discounted items. This includes items purchased with promotional discount codes of 20% or more. Please do not return final sale items as they will incur additional shipping charges to be returned back to you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Please inspect items thoroughly before returning as we will not accept items that have makeup stains, deodorant stains or smell of perfume.

We suggest shipping back your unwanted items insured as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please ship to the following address:

You should have received this return policy with a form on the back. Please fill it out and mail it along with your return. If you misplaced this form, please email alilaswimwear@gmail.com and we will email it to you. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your store credit once we receive the items. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Shipping + handling charges are non- refundable. You can either use your own return label or email alilaswimwear@gmail.com and we can provide you with a prepaid return label. If the item is returned, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. 

Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper.

Lost/stolen packages:

Shipping + handling charges are non- refundable. We send all packages insured, on us. If for any reason your package is lost, please contact us at alilaswimwear@gmail.com and we will respond with instructions within 48 hours. *PLEASE NOTE: ALILA LLC and any shipping company we use are two separate entities. ALILA LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, and delayed shipments.

Damaged items/missing items/wrong item sent:

Items go through review before being shipped out to you to ensure there are no damages. But please keep in mind, we are humans too! If you for any reason do receive a damaged item, or are missing an item or got the wrong item sent, please email alilaswimwear@gmail.com and you will either be sent a replacement, or a store credit will be issued. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DAMAGES.

Disputes:

If for any reason you dispute a legitimate charge from our company, you forfeit your right to a store credit/refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
